By booking this, you are not assured with Darshan at Sabarimala. However this entitles you to join the queue at “Nadapanthal” and near to the Pathinettampadi. After verifying your credentials you will be put through the queue for darshan eventually along with those who are waiting in the queue.
This is a free service offered by Kerala Police for the purpose of crowd management at Sabarimala. You are not required to make any payment in this connection.

Important
- This facility is provided by Kerala Police as a part of Crowd Management which in turn saves precious time of the Pilgrims.
- The print out generated after registration (Q-Coupon) and Identity Card used for registration must be brought while coming for Darshan.
- The print out (Q-Coupon) and ID card are to be produced for verification by Police officials.
- Children aged below 15 do not require identity card but photograph is essential.
- The scanned passport size photograph must be in jpg / jpeg and size below 30 KB.
- Females aged between 10 to 50 are not allowed to perform pilgrimage at Sabarimala.
- Ensure that JavaScript and cookies of the browser should be enabled before booking.
- Mozilla fire fox and chrome browsers are recommended.
- Disable Pop-Up Blocker of the browser.

This facility is limited, to devotees who are coming to Sabarimala with Irumudikettu.

This is not a permanent solution. What if everyone comes with an online ticket? That is going to happen soon.
Also the regular queue does not move more than 50 meters after 6 hours (my experience on 13th Dec) and all the devotees with online tickets are allowed to stand in the front of the “pathinettampadi” where other devotees must have stood in the queue for 12 hours or more. This is a bit disappointing, especially to those who are coming from Andhra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu with children and old people.

Dear Kerala Police,
Request to add additional slots as ppl are enabled to book multiple times, with the same name and address in order with the timings. Since, every one might not be sure that whether they can be at the exact time, in order to avoid that ppl are booking multiple times for every hour. This is enforcing and the 1000 slots for every hour gets filled up.
Request the support team to work on this ,/- else open the unlimited slots for the same. There are so many ppl who are yet to book because of the loop holes in the multiple booking.

We group of 38 had excellent placement before the Nadapandal and the way Kerala Police treated us commendable, hope they vanished the bitter memories of Pulmedu incident in 2010 by doing so.

This is good in one way. I had experienced with this coupon during my darshan on 29th morning. The que starts from subramania pathai starting and not from pampa. We have to go thru the path we used to return till the old holy cement 18 steps. But i am not sure and wondering how they are going to check the individual coupons during heavy rush. Also affixing photo graph of each member is too difficult especially when the group exceeds more than 10.

Most of the pilgrims makes same mistake while registering and adding pilgrim details. We have to be so patient to get the website open and enter details once and click only once each field. Do not refresh or click on the website if its not opening. Just click once and wait for a moment. If its not connecting with server google chrome or firefox will show try it later.
follow this simple steps
1) be patient while loading website
2) click on the date on which you need Q coupon
3) At the time of registering pls note down register number in a paper.
4) next step is adding pilgrim details. try to add as much you can in your cluster. If server goes down, again register for the balance pilgrims.
5)then type the Q coupon register number in print section and generate the Q coupon.
search in google – sabarimala online booking.
select the e-queue system in sabarimala – h2hhelp.in – drag down – u will see link – click here for sabarimala e booking – goes to kerala police site
qcoupon.keralapolice.gov.in
I have a request to the official of this site – Please show the register number in a dialogue box before moving to the next filed with a narration – note down your register number . So no one will forget to note down the same.

We have to take Q coupon very patiently. Do not refresh or press back during entry. It is very important to note down the registration number before starting the pilgrimage details in Q coupon. click everything field only once. do not click more than once. Swami saranam

This seems to be the good system, but my only worry is the rush controlled at Pamba Ganapathi enterence and there after how effective is this Q-system would be.
I Also humbly request all the devotees maintain the opportunity of Q-system without any confusion and pushing each other. Swamyie Saranam Ayyappa.

The Q system is truly useful especially for the senior citizens because it allows us to walk at our own pace and reach the nadapanthal end(before pathinettanpadi).From there it is the usual
rush.The police actually will allow early entry also if u request.

Dear Prabakar,
In Kerala police web site where u booked th Q ticket you can see the link to view the maps. On that look at the last one for trekking. U will understand nadaipandhal is NOT pamba (base) (i.e. the place where we all start the trekking after taking the holy bath) and hence u need to calculate how much time it will take u reach the nadai panthal from pamba and accordingly calculate your starting timing from pamba. I believe from nandai panthal it will take couple of hours to go to sannithanam. any way if some one from kerala police officially clarifies and make it in their web site it would benefit all the devotees like us.

I think we don’t need to worry about this. My suggestion would be let each person have his own xerox copy and also the given identifications details so hat even if we get lost we don’t need to be dependent on each other. Also even if he kerala police checked at different times let us show the related docs and move on further. Hope i answered your question.

you need to be there at 5.30 at nadapanthl [i.e the shed before you start climbing the old cement steps]. Normally it takes 11/2 hours to reach nadapanthal i you climb in a medium phase.

SO PLEASE APPROXIMATELY HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO REACH THE NADAI PANTHAL FROM PAMBA BASE AND ALSO HOW FAR THE PLACE NADAI PANTHAL IS FROM SANNITHAM ETC.
2) ALSO PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO MODIFY THE TIMINGS OR OTHER DETAILS OF THE ALREADY BOOKED DETAILS ALONG WITH THE ABOVE POINT IN THE WEBSITE USER MANUAL.

Dear Sowmi,
Nadappandhal is the roofed area (and mostly the resting place of swamis ) just before 18 holy steps (Pathinettampadi).
Those who are carrying the Q-Ticket can divert from Marakkottam first. Police will check your documents here and you can bypass Saramkuthi etc . You will be allowed to join again a separate queue near Nadappanthal.
Also at present, there is no option to change the timings. Either you have to reach early or do the bookings again.

To the kind information to the technical staff maintaining this site,
It seems the bookings is updated at once when we enter the no of pilgrims. So if we leave the page without entering the details, these no.s left unutilised.
So please do one thing. Remove the entries from database which are having no pilgrim details, and add this much no.s to the remaining slots.

There is a problem in the web site.
The count of the ticket is decreasing even with out booking…….
Probably because of the software is not checking whether the user is completing the process of booking…..

HOW TO COMPRESS A PICTURE INTO 30KB:
1.RIGHT CLICK THE MOUSE BY KEEPING ON THE PICTURE .AN pop up MENU APPEAR.
2.on that menu,there will be an option “OPEN WITH “click on “OPEN WITH”,on that click “office picture manager .
3.now your photo will opened with office picture manager.
4.on that click “EDIT”[on the top]option.
5.on that they will be an option compression.
click on that,it will shows four options like
i.dont compress
ii.—–
iii.——-
iv.compress for e-mail.—-click this option”COMPRESS FOR EMAIL”.
THEN U R IMAGE WILL REDUCE BELOW 30.KB. IT WILL SHOW ORIGINAL SIZE AND COMPRESSED SIZE BELOW THAT MENU
ON THAT CLICK “OK” BUTTON.
NOW YOUR IMAGE IS COMPRESS SUCCESSFULLY BELOW 30 KB
THEN SAVE AS THE IMAGE AS THE NAME YOU WANT

I tried many times for Q booking. My photo file attached is scanned passport size photo of jpeg of just 4 (four) kb size. But every time I get message as Invalid Image. Photo size should be less than 30 KB. My photo size is just 4 Kb. Help me to book on line booking at the earliest.

That’s a good idea Pandian. Those who dont have laptops may find difficult to transfer the photo to PC.
In that case approach any of your friends those who have laptops or any moble shops can do it for you. or approach any computer service shop to scan your photo.
It may find some difficult, but think…you can save time in sanndihanam by avoiding long queues and it will ensure a peace darsan..

You can book tickets in one attempt. Please select ‘Bulk’ option and select how much ppl need to book. Before start booking keep all 15 ppls Name, address, ID proof number [DL or Passport numbers] and photograph [size below 30kb]. And process your bookings then select Save and generate pdf. You’ll get all your group sami’s tickts promptly. Thanks.

In online q-booking facility is very good system in sabarimala, incase i have change my traveling schedule in at any stage , how i can modify the online q-booking schedule, if it’s available the option for modifying online q-booking,kindly indicate on the online q-booking screen itself. it’s is avoiding the multiple number of online line q-booking for single person, and if come with “children” online q-booking required or not.

open ur photo in MS paint, by using crop, select ur face alone and paste it in a new paint. Then save this file as .jpeg/jpg. Don save as bmp

It is not mandatory to register for dharsan. You may go directly.
By registering, you will be allowed to join a separate queue near nadapanthal.
